SCHOOL OF GENERAL AND REMEDIAL STUDIES, A.B.U ZARIA.  DR SIPAK OBTAINED HIS DOCTOR OF VETNARY MEDICINE AT AHAMADU BELLO UNIVERSITY ZARIA THEN PROCEED TO CENTRE OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AT (MASHAV) TELAVIV ISRAEL WHERE HE OBTAINED A POSTGRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN MODERN DIARY CATTLE PRODUCTION WITH SPECIAL INTEREST IN SMALL ANIMAL MEDCINE AND SURGEON. AT THE VETNARY COLLEGE TEL AVIV ISRAEL DR SIPAK SHASE'ET WAS ALSO AT THE POSTS GRADUATE COLLEGE OF VETNARY SURGEONS UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN WHERE HE BAGGED A FELLOW OF THE COLLEGE OF VETNARY SURGEONS (FCVSN) AND BECAME A FULL VETNARY CONSULTANT SPECIALIZING IN MEDICINE AND SURGERY. *IN THE POLITICAL TERRAIN*  DR SIPAK HAS HELD LOTS OF POSITIONS FROM COMMUNITY LEVEL, DISTRICT LEVEL, LOCAL GOVERNMENT LEVEL, STATE AND NATIONAL LEVELS. #Update: Mercy Samuel, mother of 2 children was allegedly k!lled by her husband, identified as Samuel Mathew in Jos.  The 23-year old wife lived with her husband in Vom in Jos South (Plateau State). We gathered that Mr. Samuel ripped open his wife's abdomen and cut her intestine on Sunday night.  "They've had a history of domestic violence which led to her leaving the house for about a year but later came back" "...people who were with her before her death said she mentioned having a disagreement with her husband on Sunday night because of food (Tuwo) which she begged him to cook before she left to visit her family that Sunday morning" - a neighbour told Tudun Wada Broadcast this. He is currently nowhere to be found, he as well disappeared with her phone after the act. Mrs. Mercy was thereafter rushed to Bingham University Teaching Hospital in Jos where she gave up on Wednesday.
